The affiliate membership agreement is between your organization and Health Priority Systems. On behalf of members, we work with you to manage the entire redesign transition process including all specifications and requirements promulgated by the State of Ohio, Qualifacts and the five health plans who will soon pay all behavioral health claims. - Full use of CareLogic, a top electronic health record for behavioral health. Qualifacts commits ongoing resources to keep CareLogic current with all federal and major state data requirements.
- We adapt CareLogic to meet the local needs of your service organization, including your own transition to Ohio BH Redesign.
- As part of an affordable flat rate affiliate membership, we provide ongoing and comprehensive system administration. This includes maintenance and reconfigurations to keep up with frequent CareLogic upgrades required to stay relevant in the contemporary behavioral health market place. Expect savings along the way.
- Your affiliate membership also includes billing services. Cost for billing will be substantially less than the cost of maintaining your own stand-alone billing staff.
- System administration, billing, help desk and related services are all combined into one monthly, per member/per month fee. You purchase skilled technology services along with other affiliate members, in bulk. So we are able to keep the monthly user fee affordable. No matter how big or small your organization may be, we walk side-by-side with you toward efficient technology management.
- Help desk services personalize the journey. Affiliate members are assigned one technology professional who is available to define and manage your specific “asks”. Most times, your problem will be resolved right at the help desk. Help desk staff are smart technology professionals.
