Randall Haskins is the Chief Information Officer for Integrated Services for Behavioral Health and Managing Director for Health Priority Systems. Mr. Haskins has many years of data management experience, including TCN Behavioral Health, where he was formerly Director of Information Technology and Vice-President for non-Clinical Services. Randy shares the entrepreneurial spirit of Integrated Services and is proficient in a range of electronic health records, including Carelogic. He is an accomplished IT professional with both data management and operating systems skills. Randy provides top leadership for Health Priority Systems customers and members as we all move together throughout the challenges associated with health care reform to discover unparalleled opportunities that lie beyond. Kevin Gillespie, MHSA, RN
Chief Executive Officer
Kevin has many years of experience combining direct service, system development and administrative management, mostly throughout southeastern and central Ohio. He is a registered nurse with much of his work focused on creating collaborative solutions with partners across health and human service systems and in alliance with therapeutic, housing and employment professionals. Related to his responsibilities as Chief Executive of Integrated Community Enterprises, Kevin is exploring themes of social innovation and affordable housing to create a sustainable approach to building healthy people and strong communities. All of his consulting, teaching and system design work is grounded in a deep appreciation for the ageless cultural knowledge associated with everyday helping. Kevin is the co-author of Collaborative Helping: A Strengths Framework for Home Based Services (Wiley, 2014).
